Return & Refund Policy

At iCarnival we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. 

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our Carnival Point’ stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you. 

1.1    A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or if:  

a)  Found damaged during delivery 
b)  Received in an unexpected condition  
c)   Finds product unusable due to damage or defect 

But under any circumstances, if we fail to fulfill our commitment or to provide with the product or service, we will notify you within 48 working hours via phone call/text message/email. If the service, that iCarnival fails to complete, requires any refund, it will surely be done maximum within 30 working days after our acknowledgement if we don’t find any unusual issue with the refund claims.  

1.2    Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation: 
- Unable to serve with any products or services.
